Fat Dissolving Injections

Aqualyx® has been developed for the non-surgical reduction of localised fat under the skin.

It works by causing the permanent dissolution of fat cells- the body then eliminates the released fatty acids naturally through the lymphatic system.

Treatment is typically repeated between two and four times depending on the number of small pockets of fat tissue to be reduced. The treatment is repeated every four weeks.

After each treatment patients can expect some swelling, redness and skin irritation and tenderness in the area treated, which will mostly subside within a week.
