What is Hyalase?
Hyaluronidase (Hyalase) is an enzyme that can be used to dissolve hyaluronic acid based dermal fillers. This treatment is appropriate in cases of complications e.g. filler that has migrated, left lumps and bumps or is unsightly.
How does it work?
An initial consult and patch test will need to carried out to ensure you are an appropriate candidate and it is safe to proceed with treatment. Dissolving can take place on the same day and the results are immediate, although the Hyalase will continue to work for 48 hours after injection.
